Winds of Ireland
Burlington, VT
Quiet coves, quaint harbor towns, spectacular sunrises over the Green Mountains of Vermont, rivaled only by sensational sunsets over the Adirondack Mountains of New York, await the cruising sailor to Lake Champlain.
Over 120 miles long, 12 miles wide and remarkably uncrowded, Lake Champlain offers sailors easy navigating sailing in deep, tide and reef free fresh water. In addition to great sailing, you'll find something for everyone in your group from exploring uninhabited islands, fishing and swimming to wonderful waterfront dining and shoreside shopping.
Whether you're looking to sunbathe on a sand beach, sail a 'screamer' reach for miles or skip stones, a Lake Champlain sailing vacation presents all this to you.
