He has exhibited in many of the country's finest antique shows, including the Winter Antiques Show, Philadelphia Antiques Show, International Antiques Show, and many more. He is a member of many dealer associations, and has been vetting director of the ADA and the Antiques Council, in which he maintains membership. Institutions, private collectors, designers, decorators and architects are proud to be his clients.

In 1988, Mr. Schwenke co-sponsored with Georgetown University the acclaimed Bicentennial Exhibition of American Federal Furniture...a testament to his expertise. The exhibition was documented in a video available for purchase, and at that time Mr. Schwenke conceived and originated "American Federal Classics" â„¢ an exclusive handmade collection of federal replica furniture based on some of the finest originals.

We are a vintage & scenic Vermont dairy farm located directly on US Rte. 7 and only 6 minutes south of Brandon or 17 minutes north of Rutland. Our store hours daily are 10 am–5 pm, but we do close on Wed. & Thur. during the winter. We are always available by appt. Our farmhouse was built in 1850 & is full of antiques & collectibles. We have more than 300 collections on display. We also offer antique & vintage furniture, Adirondack & camp items in our Vintage Bait & Tackle Shop. Great collection of fishing creels & lures. We also display a historically important collection of antique office technologies, vintage office furniture & antique office accessories.

Though we continue to specialize in antiques such as stained glass, grand iron gates and fencing, mantels and lighting fixtures, this past decade we have focused on developing our line of bronze home and garden furnishings.

Our customer base is world wide and includes the following: George Washington University, International Museum of American Illustrators, the National Museum, The Preservation Society of Newport County, the Municipality of Palm Beach Gardens, Blackpool Pleasure Park in the UK, Phantasialand of Germany, the Makarem Group of Egypt, the headquarters of Metropolitan Life in New York, and the estate of Mr. Lynch, of Merrill Lynch.
